please allow me to introduce myself...

I live in Vienna, Austria and have been "flirting" with MB for a few years now. I love the food but have one big problem - my job.
I leave the house at 7:00 in the morning and do not return until past 6pm most days - can't cook at work - don't want to eat major meals that late in the evening.
Is it ok to cook something in the evening for lunch the next day? It would be great to pack a lunch, especially as I try not to eat solid food after 5pm.
Any hints and tips are most welcome,
