for the whole process. I'm v happy when I saw yr mail on the ginger procedure. Dunno how to express my thanks.

I hv recently been v buzy with a few factors amongst work and home comittments (n so I didnt check out on the thread or come back to the site for quite a while)

I am tired daily n hv a kind of feeling, maybe, maybe this compress will help me out thru this health rut to better carry out the daily routine.

PS i am bad at surfing or going thru websites on mails or chatline.

I'm taking one step one step as after a day's work, I am exhausted in stamina to absorb new learning or things so tat's why.
