I am not able to find the step by step instructions for the ginger compress by Bill Neall which you indicated was posted earlier. Can you assist?

Here is the Cybermacro link that Bill Neall posted:
http://www.cybermacro.com/forum-files/index.html

You will need to scroll down to see four versions of this information (two articles
in WORD format and PDF). For WORD your computer must read a Microsoft WORD file.
For PDF your computer must read a PDF file, to obtain this free -- download Acrobat Reader, click the button with your mouse and pointer on "Acrobat Reader" on the
link above.

Barring that, Kaare Bursell has very, very detailed information on the Ginger Compress on his website at this link: www.alchemycalpages.com You will need to look through the website for the Ginger Compress information.

Instructions for the Ginger Compress is given in most books on macrobiotics. It is a well known home remedy. Everything you need to know is also contained in the reading posted in this thread: "Ginger Compresses and Spirituality".

Suqing, the Ginger Compress Routine is a Detox Method, be prepared to feel bad as the toxins are released, before you feel good. I am speaking of the lengthy routine. If you simply want to take a Ginger Bath to relieve arthritis or have a pleasant soak, then all that is needed is to grate a Ginger Root, enough for the size of a golf ball, wrap it in cheesecloth, and tie. Squeeze this Ginger Juice into a hot bath, and drop the ball into the bath. Very simple.

Let me know if you have any other questions.

Nancy
