Thanks for responding, I appreciate it. I have to find the courage to take it at home. I have tried the breathing when I go to Dr but unfortunately I go into panic mode regardless.

Too much salt shouldn't be a problem if you use the correct amounts of shoyu and sea salt...a pinch to cook grains and no more than a tsp. of shoyu when making soups. Only a few drops to your dishes...do not use it to season dishes as you would see in traditional restaurants. It should not be used as a condiment. You should be okay if you follow those guidelines.
