Howdy there...

Too much salt shouldn't be a problem if you use the correct amounts of shoyu and sea salt...a pinch to cook grains and no more than a tsp. of shoyu when making soups. Only a few drops to your dishes...do not use it to season dishes as you would see in traditional restaurants. It should not be used as a condiment. You should be okay if you follow those guidelines. Remember to BREATHE upon entering the docs office, or better yet, take the BP at home. Be strong!! =)
