Check the Cybermacro Membership Roster for Mike Chen. He is very active in the macrobiotic world and lives in Seattle, WA. He is on the Board of GOMF, George Ohsawa Macrobiotic Foundation, and is very active in running and promoting French Meadows Summer Camp, which is a 1-2 week macrobiotic camp in Lake Tahoe, CA put on every July backed by GOMF. The camp includes not only family camping, and community macrobiotic cooking, but all day classes given by the most prestigious and experienced macrobiotic teachers and counselors in the country.
