Exclamation Re: Does frying tempeh somehow damage its nutritional value?

Melvin,

Why don't you try it and see?

Then report back to us what you find out.

Apparently, lots of people are frying tempeh http://www.google.com/search?q=Fryin...UTF-8&oe=UTF-8 .

Have you heard any reports of people suffering nutritional deficiancies for eating fried tempeh?

Of course you can eat tempeh cooked in other methods but many people find that fried tempeh tastes the best.

If you want, you can eat tempeh raw (you can also eat brown rice raw, though it is wise to rinse it off with some clean water, first) http://www.impulsefoods.co.uk/FAQ.htm .

Thank you, very much.
