Thanks for posting to this thread again and sorry that we all missed it the first time around.

Can you tell us what amount of rice you are cooking versus water? Also are you using a flame tamer underneath your pressure cooker.

Hopefully we can all help you to get closer to that percect pot of pressure cooked rice.
