i think only a few are macrobiotic in Europe........I haven't found anyone to talk to in England...

...all the English people know is what they have read in books. The real thing that needs to become avaliable is that if people like Michio Kushi give a talk it should be sold on a cassette, & videos or picture books demonstrating real life facial diagnosis of real patients should be made & sold.
It is well known England is a damp country & I don't know if this affects peoples craving.......I always crave milk.........I think English eat a large amount of confectionary.......eg my mum age 53 eats toffees & chocolates & icecreams.....Dad age 55 eats pontefract cakes & wine gums.......also English drink lots of liquid,10 pints of beer, 10 cups of tea & coffee. English people are often fatigued and drained of energy.....having the best chocolate & confectionary industry in the world is a big problem!!!
I'm trying to get hold of an iron pan & the only places that sell them are in America........
I talked to Harold Kuninigan on the phone today & he was very '((""

- yang"")) - rude & impolite.......

.........luckily Im very ((""

- yin"")) at the moment

....too yin
He did give me free macrobiotic advice though........My previous counsellor wanted me to vinegar my vegetables twice a day which I felt uncomfortable with.....i DEVELOPED CHILLS ALLERGIES aSTHMA & I have a Yin condition. Harold reccommended a 2 day ricecake fast with little water. Im gonna try it for 1/2 a day & if I feel ok, see if I can do longer. It seems too aggressive a fast for me as I have blood sugar imbalances. Aggressive treatments always backfire as my body is too sensitive. If I cant manage Ill just have little water & ricecakes for breakfast for a week.....
I've got some George Ohsawa books on the way from amazon.com as well as a stairlift hopefully.
Sorry about your cat Roy......poor thing......Ill say some prayers for him

Michelle
