I actually considered deleting the info on the energy analysis.
I think it really does cost too much for most people, that is a problem I
have with it.
I think you should definitely go the route of more expansive cooking styles, first! Yes, with summer here it's probably easier to become over-yang without enough fruit and veggies. Good even to drink juices if appropriate.
More yin grains, too -- like quinoa and corn/polenta -- and pasta.
But you knew that, I'm sure!
