Re: [Over?]-Abundant Energy Levels

Dear Mara,

Thank you for the tip! This sounds like it makes sense. I will definitely think on this idea… the energy analysis is more than I can afford, however, by considering the situation in these terms I am sure to understand something!

I have noticed the latest discussion about the pricing of Macro services. I feel that if there is something that will really help which is beyond my means, I can work it out (in some way at least) with a bit of hard work, thoughtful chewing and a little help from my friends! - so thank you, so much, for your input.

Perhaps there are some aspects of me that could be too yang. It is probably not from diet though, as I eat no animal foods (including fish). However, it could be a build up of salt from past eating… though this would be 5 years ago now. Hmm. I can live quite a yang lifestyle, at times.

So, diet, lifestyle, and season… Yes, that could make sense with the summer on its way here, so making food a bit yinner now could be an answer!

Thanks Mara!

Best wishes,
j
