first of all let me thank you for your response about sweaty hands.
onto the topic of macro teachers and consultants charging exorbitant sums of money for their services...i find it so discouraging. i do understand that everyone needs to make a living, but most of the people I have come across in this line of work are really taking advantage of their role. I find that the macro gurus make the very ability to practise macrobiotics with assistance an impossibility for most people (simply because of their fees)
