Post-edit: I realize Sunim's analysis is really pricey. You might first want to look into the possibility that you are simply too yang! Too much salt, fish, and not enough salad or fruit. Craving chocolate is just craving yin, it seems. Have you thought of that?
Good luck,
Mara
Hi janeyeric,
If you've got some extra cash laying around, I'd recommend you look into Hyunoong Sunim's Energy Analysis to determine what foods are appropriate for you to eat, according to your time/day/season of birth.
It's incredibly accurate and effective, and they have thousands of clients around the world. You may have seen their advertisements in Qi magazine.
I realize the price is steep, but what the recommendations do is act to balance the chi of your body so that you are a calm and happy person. Often we eat foods which send to much energy to our upper bodies and head, making us feel hyperactive and "out of control". Sunim will also be available for consultation at any time in the future, once you have ordered an energy analysis.
It works just fine in harmony with a macrobiotic diet, as well. Their website is

Good luck,
Mara
