Hi Chris,
I really like Chi Kung (Qi Gong) -- I find it to be very powerful.
I don't have a disciplined practice right now, but whenever I make time for it I always notice results. Cheerfulness, clarity, increased strength -- these are all things I get from Chi Kung. I recommend it!
