MORE GROUNDED, Kristina covers the weight loss issue pretty comprehensively in six pages of material.
I'd recommend getting both books if you can and then have a great time losing weight while regaining your flexibility.
Since I moved into this macrobiotic house (where we often refer to Kristina's book), six months ago, I've lost at least 10 pounds, have tossed out the suspenders, and am wearing jeans that are more than several inches too big around the middle for me.
