Re: Keeping and gaining weight

** I must mention that I've read two books, this last 10 days about macrobiotics.
I live in Brazil, 20 years old, I've always been dedicated to some sport. Untill two years ago i used to train tennis 6 hours/day (court + gym + aerobics). Now, I've been rowing everyday for a hour and 30 minutes of bike. And at the weekend, at least one our of tennis, swiming or running.
I've been some months ago to a nutritionist, and she told that I need at least 2500 calories/day to keep my weight.
Three years ago I stopped drinking soda, alcool and eating sweets, and two months ago I started being a vegetarian. i also eat integral cerals and breads (never refinated).
I'm worried about loosing weight, but also about drinking less water, because I'm so used to it and I'm afraid to have serious problemas at the beginning, it's even worth for me because here it's so hot (I know water is Yin, but does the water intake works the same way to cold and hot countries?).

Thanks a lot, hope to have answered...

Leandro
