Keeping and gaining weight
Hi guys, first of all, sorry for my poor english.
It's nice to know that there's a community of macrobiotic people.
I'm a 20 yearl old boy, from Brazil, and I've been vegetarian since 2000, and going into the macro lifestyle.
I've some friends who have joined and all of them loosed so much weight, not just fat but also lean mass.
As I'm a atlhetle I cannot risk to loose muscle.
Have anyone of yours haved the same problem?
Some friends suggested me to increase the intake of oils, nuts, seeds, and maybe to change the cereals sometimes, increasing its intake...

PS: I hope to be able to, like Oshawa says, be free and don't depend on anyone...
