Where can I go on a Macrobiotic Holiday?
Hello,
I had my first MB meal in Belgium in 1970 and have never forgotten that time. Also the thinnest I ever was ( maybe not that healthy either, was on a MB diet: I only at brown rice and veggies, nothing else). One of my reasons to have started the MB diet is to lose my last 10 lbs.
Now, I want to learn much more about MB besides the books and have. I live in South Africa and would like to go to some MB place where I can work(?) part time maybe and learn to cook etc. I need to plan all this because of the cost. I would like to go somewhere in America or anywhere in the world. Kushi Institute is only accepting American people and I have no work visa.
One month is all I have this year.
I know Europe have some places to. Where do I start looking?
What I expect:Teachings and cooking lessons
What can I give? My time and help.
I need a cheap stay as my airfair maybe quite high
Anybody has an idea for me?
