Re: Time for Time for Time for Time
It's been a while since I read any macro books. I liked Gospel of Peace, Michio's small book about the prehistoric world, GO's Art of Peace, and the Book of Macrobiotics is great.
Lately I've been reading all sorts of books, most having some marginal relation to macrobiotics.
I've read a couple books by James Churchward about the Lost Continent of Mu that Michio talks about in the small book. I've been reading about Sokushin breathing, a breathing Technique created by a Japanese man named Nishino, a pupil of his attended the past summer conference.
I've also recently completed the Harry Potter series, which were as good as anything.
