I was diagnosed with intestinal problems, a swollen lower lip(I believe-small intestine), neurological problems, mineral deficiency-weak kidneys, I believe i had the beggining stages of Chronic fatigue( i was tired after ten hours of sleep at night), and I smoked Maryjuana 15X + did acid(1 tab) once-(4 years ago)+ I believe too much animal protein-sharp K-9's, and coarse voice
I was also given terrific advice by Roy, which I have been trying to apply. -

I'm eating whole grains-primarily brown rice + pearl barley, soft wheat, kamut,
beans-I'm trying the four reccomended by ohsawa, but lentils seem too yin for me, I'm not sure + if i add seeweed it seems to be fine.(Had a big bowl of black bean the other night and craved sweets the next day)
Veg.-up untill 2 days ago vons and Ralphs bought veg.- probobly gmo veg. and definitly pesticide ridden. (because of financial concerns, I was only allowed to buy those type of veg.'s, but now I'm trying to buy organics) broccoli flowers, mustard greens, kale, parsley, cabbage, chinese cabbage, acorn and butternut squashes, leeks, green onions, romaine lettuce-(rarily before) onions, going to try jeruselem artichoke, tried parsley root-seemed good-maybe more for winter. parsnips, nappa cabbage, brussel sprouts(not so much lately).
+ walnuts(try to avoid-fail miserably) peanut butter (dido--lately) mostly-seseme seeds and sunflower seeds, sometimes rosted w- tamari or not, kombu on a regular basis- in rice + a few dishes,
wakame-once every 3 weeks, arame, hijiki- blue moon/ off and on
Allergic Reaction- according to my understanding. What would you say about these allergic reactions? =p-nut butter, apples(make me tense), actually so do cherries and strawberries, corn, chocolate, carob- all make me anxious and help cause me to binge
fruit: local types, not always seasonal, or local: watermelon, peaches, plums, rasberries, blackberries, raisans, grapes, cherries, strawberries, pears, when resistance is low-oranges, mangoes, bananas,
+ice cream, cakes, cookies, bagels, and bread products, some whole grain and non-yeasted too, but i try to avoid all because of what Aihara said about weak intestines- how bread is too rough for them, + causes stagnation.
Animal foods: besides for the eggs and stuff in the cakes I eat, I try fish but it soesn't agree with me and i had chicken the other day also a bad choice+ sometimes preservatives in god knows what things i eat, but seldomly do the things have preservatives.
Salt:started including gomashio with less salt even, but still not so agreeable, + on occasion ume-vinegar w/tofu, mostly soy sauce (nat. w/sea salt) for veg dishes-1/2 tsp.- 1 tsp
I also add salt to beans-pinch per half cup
+to rice- pinch per cup.
liquads I try not to have much of, occasionally-1/4 tea cup after meal+ sometimes after I eat sugar and other uneccessary foods.
Please take in mind also i live with a dysfunctional family, with a mother and father that argue, and up until now have been buying inorganic veg and fruit, the beans and grains have been organic.
Another question I had was that when I try to chew well, it seems that i get constipated, and i don't knowwether I should count in my head to a hundred or so, or not?
