achilies tendon problems
I have been having achilies tendonitous for a number of years now which has prevented me from enjoying the activities I once enjoyed such as tennis and hiking. I have tried physical therapy, orthodics, perscription drugs and some forms of natural medications for inflamation and stiffnesss. CCould it be a result of a more internal problem?
Should I try to change my diet and see if that makes a difference? I have been vegetarian and totally organic before and had great results with better healthh and well being. Is there a macro prescription for this or inflamation?
