i have been interested in macrobiotics for several years, but have essentially taught myself everything that i now know about it due mostly to not having enough money for classes and/or other training. i am just curious how a person can go about being a practitioner on an extremely limited income, and also, legally, what formal training a person in the US needs to be a macrobiotic counselor. i have asked several people and all seem somewhat confused about what would be acceptable. any help would be appreciated.
