Thank you so much for your response.
Reading it I can see that my diet has perhaps been to extreme since my daughters birth 8 months ago. It's amazing how I have felt compelled to eat more "normally" during this time even though it went against my truest desires and instincts. I look forward to returning to a more balanced place..
