Hearty Barley Vegetable Soup
Roll-up filled with Lentil Walnut Pate, Red Cabbage, Blanched Greens, and
Fresh Spring Sprouts
arame with Onions and Dried Daikon
Carrot Nishime
Vanilla Cake with Tofu Cream and Strawberry Sauce will be served with
Japanese twig tea for an additional $3.50.

Sea Palm with Onions and Sweet Carrots
Black Beans with Squash
A Tri-layer Fruit Kanten with Almond Cream will be served with Japanese twig
tea for an additional $3.50.
