the last few days I have had the worst time going to bed. It is not that I am not tired, there just seems to be something psychological preventing me. I know sleep is a very important part of a balanced lifestyle and hope this is just the result of nerves from going back to school. I would consider taking up chamomile tea again or eating differently, but I am currently very happy with my diet and don't think a change will help much.  if it continues I will look into it nutritionally.

Didn't feel like much of a blog..just needed to get that worry out of my head.
