Teff Cereal by Susan Marque
Remember Cream of Wheat? This is a cream of Teff. A fun breakfast full of iron that is quick and satisfying.
This recipe is for one person's breakfast cereal. We sell the teff flour in our online store.
Ingredients:
- 1/2 Cup of brown Teff flour
- 1 Cup Vanilla Rice Dream brand rice milk
- 1/2 Cup Apple juice or water
- 1/2 tsp. Roma or other grain coffee
- Pinch of
 sea salt
Soak the flour over night in the water. In the morning add the other ingredients and bring to a boil. Stir with a whisk to avoid lumps. Cook for five minutes.
