Flying Poppy Seed Cookies

Ingredients:
1 cup whole wheat pastry flour
1 cup brown rice flour
1/3 cup poppy seeds
1/3 cup sunflower seeds
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
1/3 cup of corn oil
1/3 cup rice syrup
1/3 cup apple juice
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Instructions:
Mix dry ingredients together (#s 1-5)
Mix wet ingredients together (#s 6-9)
Blend wet and dry together by hand
Use a scoop and drop on an lightly oiled cookie sheet. Shape if needed but do not compact.
Make a thumb-sized indentation and fill with apple butter
Bake at 350 degrees until lightly browned
