As a member of the ring you will be linked up with and link up to all of the other macrobiotic related pages who participate in the ring! Please join the ring and make your site a part of the circle
Requirements for becoming a part of the ring:
•You must have a page or website with a macrobiotic theme to it in some aspect. (For example, a personal story about macrobiotics, or some informational material on the subject)
Please join our ring now by filling out the form below! Once you have submitted this form, you will be added to the list of ring members and placed in a holding area until you have included the necessary information on your website to display the ring. You will also be given a special id # that will recognize you as a member of the ring. Please remember your ID#, you will need it again! A few days after you have posted the necessary ring information to your page, you will be an active member of the ring. To expidite the process, you can email the

If your browser does not support forms, you can email the required information to the Ring Manager and you will be manually added to the holding area. You will still need to email again after adding the code to your page to be fully added to the ring.
Filling out the form below is the first step to actually joining.

The above form does NOT allow you to fully join the ring. After you have filled out the form above, you MUST do the following before you will be added as an active member of the ring.
•You MUST put the code on the page that you listed above in the form you filled out. This is the page that will be linked to from the ring and in order for the ring to form an unbroken circle of links, the ring fragment must be accessible from the page people initially arrive at.
•After the code is in place, you need to alter it slightly to customize it to your page. You need to change the parts shown in Red to read as your own email address, name and site ID#. The same ID# must be placed in all 6 places within the code.
